We're looking for an experienced Custom Metal Fabricator who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and taking pride in producing high-quality work. What You'll Do
- Fabricate and weld custom sign components, primarily using aluminum and other metals
- Build and shape channel letters and custom sign structures
- Interpret technical drawings and transform concepts into finished products
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to overcome fabrication challenges
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and quality
- Prepare materials for finishing and painting as required
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Experience in metal fabrication and MIG welding (aluminum experience is a strong asset)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Pride in producing quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous sign industry experience is considered an asset

Compensation
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
