We are currently seeking an Aggressive Sales Hunter who’s ready to own the sales pipeline and go after new business with passion and purpose. You’re not just another account manager – you’re a go-getter who loves the thrill of the chase. Your Mission:


  • Hunt for New Business: Aggressively prospect new clients, actively seek new leads, and develop strategic approaches to uncover opportunities.
  • Network Like a Pro: Attend industry events, sales meetings, and networking opportunities that will expand your contacts and drive new business.
  • Own Your Sales Funnel: Build, manage, and own your sales pipeline, from cold leads to closed deals.
  • Sell with Impact: Develop unique proposals, negotiate with top-level executives, and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions after the sale and ensure client success.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously expand your industry knowledge by staying on top of trends and attending trade shows.
  • Hit Your Targets: Stay driven by results, focusing on measurable outcomes like KPIs and sales goals.

What You Bring:


  • 3-5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in a technical or creative field.
  • Proven Hunter Mentality: You excel in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Experience in Consultative Selling: Able to navigate complex sales conversations and offer tailored solutions.
  • CRM Savvy: You understand the power of CRM tools like Pipedrive and use them to manage relationships and track your success.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: From cold calls to high-level negotiations, your written and verbal skills are top-notch.
  • Results-Oriented: You set ambitious goals and crush them with determination.
  • Experience Selling Services & Custom Products: Previous success in selling creative branding, engineering services, and custom-manufactured products is a huge plus.

Compensation

$50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
